The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The throw-in from Igor Furtado in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cardiff City FC's Nunez Larra. 89 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Efraim came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cardiff City FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Mauro Icardi scored to the left of an out of position Xencio Millan, making the score, 2-5. A sloppy throw-in by Augusto Santio in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Santa Margarita's Aaron Mikolas. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Santa Margarita walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
