Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Qu Sen Yan took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Jajesniak in the 8th minute of play forced Lobos de Carelia's goalkeeper Nestor Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nestor Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qu Sen Yan in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prospero Perico in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Montrel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's goalkeeper Nestor Cortez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 崔光笑. In the 16thth minute of the game Prospero Perico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Montserrat's Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, Prospero Perico made a precise shot to the right of Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg. Atlético Montserrat's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Atlético Montserrat's Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Rios in the 23rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Eusebio Rios put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg. In the 28th minute of the match, 崔光笑 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nestor Cortez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Atlético Montserrat getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Salvador Orlanda hit a great ball. Nestor Cortez made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Qu Sen Yan sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute, Atlético Montserrat's Michael Owen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nestor Cortez. Nestor Cortez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. After the first half Lobos de Carelia were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Prospero Perico to make the kick off. Nestor Cortez came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Montserrat's 崔光笑. But to his dismay, 崔光笑 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After a rather tough play, Lobos de Carelia's Leonel Giro got a free kick in the 65th minute. The supporters of Lobos de Carelia booed when Atlético Montserrat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Gitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lobos de Carelia's Vladimiro Millano was substituted for Cosme Bikendi. Aurelio Gitano kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Horacio Oliverios notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Atlético Montserrat's Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg. Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Prospero Perico in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 74 minutes of play, Atlético Montserrat's 崔光笑 made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nestor Cortez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lobos de Carelia made a substitution. Cristobal Lia replaced Pavao Zadro. Nestor Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Skröder in the 80th minute of play. Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saul Montrel in the 82nd minute. After some careless play in the Atlético Montserrat defense, Vladimiro Millano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg. The Atlético Montserrat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg should have stopped the shot. The Lobos de Carelia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lobos de Carelia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
