A collision led to Santa Margarita getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Witomir Pisarczyk hit a great ball. 3 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Ronan Barbarin came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the CeciForEver defense, Witomir Pisarczyk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fermin Basajaun. The CeciForEver fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fermin Basajaun should have stopped the shot. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Jakue in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Omar Jakue had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pontus Nordström. Santa Margarita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Omar Jakue was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. CeciForEver's Fermin Basajaun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save CeciForEver from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Santa Margarita's Witomir Pisarczyk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fermin Basajaun. That made the score 2-1 after 17 minutes of play. With an all-out effort, Santa Margarita's Fermin Basajaun threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Witomir Pisarczyk, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Inautzi in the 22nd minute of play. Pontus Nordström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joaquin Inautzi's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Santa Margarita's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Enzo Peruxu in the 26th minute. Fermin Basajaun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Peruxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Witomir Pisarczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Basajaun having to interfere. After 34 minutes, Bernardino Playo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CeciForEver and the Santa Margarita players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witomir Pisarczyk in the 35th minute of play forced CeciForEver's goalkeeper Fermin Basajaun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35thth minute of the game Witomir Pisarczyk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CeciForEver's Fermin Basajaun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 36 minutes CeciForEver's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enzo Peruxu who took care of the corner kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Santa Margarita's Witomir Pisarczyk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fermin Basajaun. That made the score 3-1 after 43 minutes of play. If Omar Jakue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Omar Jakue was the one to do the kick off. Fermin Basajaun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Lordi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Santa Margarita's Gerardo Lordi in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CeciForEver's goalie prevented a goal. Santa Margarita made a substitution. Mauro Icardi replaced Witomir Pisarczyk. CeciForEver's Fermin Basajaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klaus Mohammadi in the 62nd minute of play. After having played for 62 minutes, Klaus Mohammadi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santa Margarita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klaus Mohammadi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goalkeeper Pontus Nordström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquin Inautzi. Fermin Basajaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Icardi in the 69th minute of play. Joaquin Inautzi took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pontus Nordström. Pontus Nordström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Santa Margarita made a substitution. Wendell Davids replaced Enzo Peruxu. Pontus Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Jakue in the 80th minute of play. Pontus Nordström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquin Inautzi in the 81st minute. In the 84th minute Joaquin Inautzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Santa Margarita from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Santa Margarita's David Celio got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Ronan Barbarin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pontus Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronan Barbarin in the 92nd minute of play. When Santa Margarita's Mauro Icardi, in the 94th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Santa Margarita. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Santa Margarita had won after a very even match.
