In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 28 played minutes Azul Y Plomo got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Diniz. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector-Luis Arzola in the 33rd minute of play. Hector-Luis Arzola might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roberto Eztebe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hector-Luis Arzola ran back to his position shaking his head. Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector-Luis Arzola in the 37th minute of the match. In the 42ndth minute of the game Lino Rios who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Azul Y Plomo's Zacarias Cabrero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 44th match minute, Azul Y Plomo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chiriboga Torres to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Dawid Beckham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Zacarias Cabrero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lino Rios scored 1-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zacarias Cabrero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wojciech Fiszer made in the 68th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dawid Beckham immediately put the ball in play. A collision led to Azul Y Plomo getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Navarro Rojas hit a great ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Lino Rios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC FUSION's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Rios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Azul Y Plomo made a substitution. Klimowitz Aguinaga replaced Salas Larrinzar. Hector-Luis Arzola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Roberto Eztebe made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Latif Biçim in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto Eztebe saved AFC FUSION from getting behind. Nicolas Diniz hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Christoff Stocks left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC FUSION fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 81st minute Latif Biçim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Azul Y Plomo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Romulo Abilio was slow to take the kick. During this time AFC FUSION's players had a chance to rest. 96 minutes into the game, AFC FUSION's Christoff Stocks nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zacarias Cabrero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0.
