Jacobo Urdin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lino Rios showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. In the 12th minute, La Candela FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lino Rios fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, AFC FUSION's Lino Rios got a free kick in the 13th minute. La Candela FC's Jacobo Urdin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Rios in the 16th minute of play. Lino Rios struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Jacobo Urdin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC FUSION. Paul Vase was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. AFC FUSION's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 25 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Laurenz Goddez came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lino Rios came free with the goalkeeper in the 30th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jacobo Urdin could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Lino Rios could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Jacobo Urdin however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Rios got free with Jacobo Urdin in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lino Rios hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Lino Rios struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Jacobo Urdin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC FUSION. In the 36th minute, Gonzalo Soin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacobo Urdin was a little too slow when Lino Rios got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 42nd minute, AFC FUSION's Lino Rios dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Jacobo Urdin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Rios in the 45th minute of play.

The supporters of La Candela FC booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Rios didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Rios in the 58th minute of play forced La Candela FC's goalkeeper Jacobo Urdin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute Lino Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Urdin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the La Candela FC defense, Lino Rios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Urdin. The La Candela FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Urdin should have stopped the shot. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save AFC FUSION from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damian Servando in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roberto Eztebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacobo Urdin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dawid Beckham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lino Rios might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Urdin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lino Rios ran back to his position shaking his head. 79 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Rios came free, but Jacobo Urdin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michal Prus was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th match minute, La Candela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Prus to maneuver through the defense. AFC FUSION's Christoff Stocks was substituted for Lino Rios. If Christoff Stocks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 92 played minutes La Candela FC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Servando. Jacobo Urdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoff Stocks in the 93rd minute of the match. La Candela FC's Gonzalo Soin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mario Sesuldo, made in the 95th minute of the game. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AFC FUSION fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Candela FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
