With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nereo Cacheres in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mané Jacinto saved Grox Team F.C. from getting behind. Albano Unzueta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erling Blixt, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After having played for 10 minutes, Pablo-Enrique Alabern managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los once leones Ourense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo-Enrique Alabern was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Los once leones Ourense were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Grox Team F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nereo Cacheres took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Roberto Vedillo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Godofredo Oriol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nereo Cacheres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mané Jacinto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute Tomás Olayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Unzueta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Cacheres in the 25th minute of play forced Grox Team F.C.'s goalkeeper Mané Jacinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Oriol came free, but Albano Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los once leones Ourense's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sebastian Vettel was slow to take the kick. During this time Grox Team F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Grox Team F.C.'s corner Sebastian Vettel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Albano Unzueta quite easily take care of the ball. Albano Unzueta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Oriol in the 33rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Nereo Cacheres took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Mané Jacinto to make any attempt to save it. Pablo-Enrique Alabern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dabi Vila was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Grox Team F.C.'s Godofredo Oriol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albano Unzueta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had been going on for 57 minutes, Grox Team F.C.'s Cristian Romero got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Albano Unzueta. Leandro Merino hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Grox Team F.C.'s Sebastian Vettel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 65th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Albano Unzueta but with some difficulty. Mané Jacinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Cacheres, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute, Leandro Merino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Godofredo Oriol's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Albano Unzueta firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mané Jacinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dabi Vila in the 71st minute of play. If Edelmiro Calvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pablo-Enrique Alabern hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Godofredo Oriol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nereo Cacheres took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mané Jacinto. Mané Jacinto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Albano Unzueta made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Godofredo Oriol sent off a good shot on target. Mané Jacinto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dabi Vila's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Albano Unzueta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godofredo Oriol in the 95th minute. Pablo-Enrique Alabern hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Los once leones Ourense fans cheered their team off the field, for while Grox Team F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
