That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. After having played for 7 minutes, Freddy Escudié managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SILMONT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Escudié was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, SILMONT's Qiu Zhi got control of the ball when Amine Philibert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Amine Philibert could shoot a difficult shot in the 11th minute, which Qiu Zhi however easily saved by the left post. Jérémie Millier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Albaret in the 14th minute of the match. The supporters of SILMONT booed when Ground Control was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harold Fougère didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind SILMONT's goalkeeper Qiu Zhi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Qiu Zhi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amine Philibert in the 19th minute. Qiu Zhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Karakevych, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martial Haas in the 23rd minute of play forced Ground Control's goalkeeper Jérémie Millier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 minutes Ground Control's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Thomas Albaret who took care of the corner kick. In the 27th minute Thomas Albaret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jérémie Millier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Karakevych in the 35th minute of play forced SILMONT's goalkeeper Qiu Zhi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes SILMONT's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Batiste Lassalle who took care of the corner kick. Ground Control's Batiste Lassalle was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Qiu Zhi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 44 minutes into the match, Ground Control's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Guimarães came free, but Jérémie Millier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After a rather tough play, Ground Control's Igor Guiho got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Jérémie Millier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Guimarães in the 55th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Pascal Trefzer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SILMONT's Martial Haas suffered a sore thigh after 63 minutes and couldn't finish the game. A collision led to Ground Control getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Ibrahim Gaudel hit a great ball. In the 69th minute of the match, Javier Bordat tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jérémie Millier saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 72 minutes into the match, Ground Control's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Guimarães came free, but Jérémie Millier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jérémie Millier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Guimarães in the 77th minute of the match. Qiu Zhi came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Ground Control's Amine Philibert. But to his dismay, Amine Philibert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 86th minute Javier Bordat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jérémie Millier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Ground Control's goalkeeper Jérémie Millier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Titouan Canal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nolan Pétiot in the 90th minute of play forced Ground Control's goalkeeper Jérémie Millier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Karakevych's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Qiu Zhi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of Ground Control booed when SILMONT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ryan Monvoisin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Many of SILMONT's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. SILMONT may have spent more time on the ball, but Ground Control were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
