Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) SAPRIMECKBEL's Hector Ruiz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hector Ruiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nery Pumpido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute of the match SAPRIMECKBEL got a corner. GuateFortín's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cesar Larra ran over to the corner to take the kick. SAPRIMECKBEL's Frank Mora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 7th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zico Zellier in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frank Mora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Lozano to maneuver through the defense. Nery Pumpido was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Hector Ruiz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hector Ruiz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. GuateFortín's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Angel Alvarenga in the 21st minute. Thierry Henry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, SAPRIMECKBEL's Hector Ruiz got a free kick in the 28th minute. The throw-in from Attila Bács in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by GuateFortín's Roberto Trotta. Frank Mora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 44th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Frank Mora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Trotta, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the match, SAPRIMECKBEL's goalkeeper Frank Mora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thierry Henry. Nery Pumpido came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by SAPRIMECKBEL's Jaime Quiros. But to his dismay, Jaime Quiros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 67 played minutes SAPRIMECKBEL got a freekick which was hit by Gabirel Caceo. GuateFortín made a substitution. Mario Gomez replaced Thierry Henry. GuateFortín's William Villanueva was substituted for Sven-Edvin Jansson. In the 68th minute, Gabirel Caceo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Mora made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angel Alvarenga in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Jurgi came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Mora made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Angel Alvarenga sent off a good shot on target. Frank Mora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Gomez in the 79th minute of the match. Qiu Xi Hong kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Hector Ruiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nery Pumpido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Pablo Mora took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frank Mora. Frank Mora dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Arsenio Valverde took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nery Pumpido. Nery Pumpido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the GuateFortín players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SAPRIMECKBEL.
