After 13 played minutes Real Madrid de Guatemala got a freekick which was hit by Sasho Inkyov. 16 minutes into the match, Real Madrid de Guatemala's goal looked a bit too open when Tom-Lukas Queraria came free, but Sílvio Luiz Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Flamengo de San Blás was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonidas Aizprua to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, Real Madrid de Guatemala's goal looked a bit too open when Tom-Lukas Queraria came free, but Sílvio Luiz Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Castillero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmelo Sifon in the 30th minute. Sílvio Luiz Goiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom-Lukas Queraria, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gabriel Chavez to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Real Madrid de Guatemala's Sílvio Luiz Goiano got control of the ball when Gabriel Chavez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flamengo de San Blás's Luis Castillero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Sifon in the 57th minute of play. Gabriel Chavez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sílvio Luiz Goiano having to make a save. Sasho Inkyov hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Sílvio Luiz Goiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Chavez, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Gabriel Chavez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flamengo de San Blás's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Chavez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sílvio Luiz Goiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Chavez in the 65th minute of play forced Real Madrid de Guatemala's goalkeeper Sílvio Luiz Goiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sílvio Luiz Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Chavez in the 68th minute of play. Gabriel Chavez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Santamaria in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luis Castillero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Gabriel Chavez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luis Castillero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Santamaria in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Gabriel Chavez made a precise shot to the right of Sílvio Luiz Goiano. Real Madrid de Guatemala's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 89th minute, Gabriel Chavez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Flamengo de San Blás could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Real Madrid de Guatemala throughout the match.
