OROTINENSE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claudio Cina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Songurhan Mete's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ysmael Marfil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. OROTINENSE's Liu Yong Yong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moise Vlădean in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by OROTINENSE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dorin Agârbiceanu was slow to take the kick. During this time DINAMO's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ryszard Borcz in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Liu Yong Yong prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 33 in the game by David Talamanca from a close distance when the talented Ysmael Marfil managed to make a qualified save. DINAMO's players were relieved. 34 minutes into the game, one of DINAMO:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ysmael Marfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Talamanca in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind OROTINENSE's goalkeeper Liu Yong Yong, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute DINAMO were awarded a corner. Dorin Agârbiceanu went to the cornerflag to take it. Songurhan Mete's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ysmael Marfil firmly grabbed it by the left post.

After 52 minutes DINAMO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was David Talamanca who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on OROTINENSE's corner David Talamanca fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ysmael Marfil quite easily take care of the ball. 54 minutes into the match, OROTINENSE's goalkeeper Liu Yong Yong had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ryszard Borcz. In the 55th match minute, OROTINENSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juraj Múdry to maneuver through the defense. When OROTINENSE's David Talamanca in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
