Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ervin DeJesus started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Brooklyn SC booed when Racing Miami Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ervin DeJesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ervin DeJesuss short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Charlie Bucket to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ervin DeJesus's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Charlie Bucket skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 14thth minute of the game Ervin DeJesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ervin DeJesus took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charlie Bucket. Charlie Bucket dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Ervin DeJesus who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Charlie Bucket when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ervin DeJesus in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charlie Bucket prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 22 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goal looked a bit too open when Shane Smiley came free, but Charlie Bucket reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Brooklyn SC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Phil Vine got a free kick in the 26th minute. Shane Smiley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Ervin DeJesus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Charlie Bucket was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Franco Di Giambattista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Pace in the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's Dráuzio Barral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franco Di Giambattista narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 42 minutes, Greg Giraldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brooklyn SC and the Racing Miami Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Brooklyn SC's Greg Giraldo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute Douglas Pace shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Di Giambattista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Douglas Pace hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dráuzio Barral to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Racing Miami Futbol Club getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. James Joyner hit a great ball. The throw-in from Thomas Reeves in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Brooklyn SC's Julio Hess. 58 minutes into the match, Racing Miami Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Dráuzio Barral came free, but Franco Di Giambattista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Dráuzio Barral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Franco Di Giambattista was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Chu Zheng Yu was substituted for Shane Smiley. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Merrill Banks got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Merrill Banks ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charlie Bucket was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. With a little luck, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Franco Di Giambattista got control of the ball when Douglas Pace tried to sneak it across the goal line. Franco Di Giambattista didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dráuzio Barral went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Merrill Banks in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charlie Bucket prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Merrill Banks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Denny Godwin scored 4-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charlie Bucket, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Racing Miami Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Dráuzio Barral came free, but Franco Di Giambattista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
