Bart Villanueva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Brooklyn SC's Julio Hess nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bart Villanueva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Leobardo in the 18th minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Charlie Bucket to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dráuzio Barral struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Bart Villanueva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brooklyn SC. Charlie Bucket stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domingo Lopez's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Bart Villanueva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. El Canalla de Chicago's Bart Villanueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Barral in the 29th minute of play. Charlie Bucket was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Domingo Lopez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Domingo Lopez really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dráuzio Barral in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bart Villanueva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bart Villanueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dráuzio Barral in the 48th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anderson Donatello during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 51st match minute, Brooklyn SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anderson Donatello to maneuver through the defense. Charlie Bucket came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by El Canalla de Chicago's Raul Knox. But to his dismay, Raul Knox quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Charlie Bucket took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute Domingo Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Bucket saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingo Lopez kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. El Canalla de Chicago's Rudolf Pendleton was substituted for Daron Davidson. After 62 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Lopez. After 63rd play minutes Dráuzio Barral shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Bart Villanueva and just under the crossbar into goal. Bart Villanueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Hess in the 66th minute of the match. After 69 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Curtis Daniel. Dráuzio Barral might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bart Villanueva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dráuzio Barral ran back to his position shaking his head. Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanner Booker in the 71st minute of play. With a little luck, El Canalla de Chicago's Bart Villanueva got control of the ball when Douglas Pace tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bart Villanueva made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Douglas Pace sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Lopez in the 81st minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Charlie Bucket to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
