Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The tension between the KS LEW Chorzów and the F.C. Sosnowiec players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to KS LEW Chorzów getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radomil Brack in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wit Kasperowicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. KS LEW Chorzów's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
