Serafino Quintun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Branco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Cai came free, but Celedonio Nataniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafino Quintun was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Albino Gabrio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albino Gabrio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The supporters of Eibar 09-12-18 booed when Branco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Valiente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eibar 09-12-18's Christian Cai got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Branco FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Nastasio in the 38th minute of play forced Branco FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Nataniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Christian Cai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eibar 09-12-18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Cai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
