Gao Fei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Raúl Amuchástegui in the 22nd minute of the match. Su Yuan Yu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Giraldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Gao Fei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Santo in the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Forever Tango's Marcelo Vieira got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Jose Primo charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Indar Campon couldn't finish the play. Gao Fei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Raúl Amuchástegui in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Su Yuan Yu was the one to do the kick off. Ismael Brun made in the 51st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Arnaldo Solustiano immediately put the ball in play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Su Yuan Yu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Su Yuan Yu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Giraldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Forever Tango's Gao Fei threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Juan Raúl Amuchástegui, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Forever Tango booed when Real Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Brun didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Forever Tango booed when Real Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Du didn't get a good kick on the ball. Forever Tango's Indar Campon shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 83rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gao Fei but with some difficulty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christopher Bailey got free with Gao Fei in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christopher Bailey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
