In the 4th minute Beila Mora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelinho Abraão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beila Mora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hudson Gaúcho made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Fernandinho Albuquerque sent off a good shot on target. When Fernandinho Albuquerque, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 6 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Hudson Gaúcho was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Beila Mora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelinho Abraão was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felippe Monteiro in the 13th minute of play forced Austra 04 VFC's goalkeeper Hudson Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelinho Abraão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beila Mora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelinho Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beila Mora in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Beila Mora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yuri Teixeira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hudson Gaúcho having to make a save. Beila Mora hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Beila Mora left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Austra 04 VFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Beila Mora stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Karaboudjan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Sócrates Silva scored to the left of an out of position Marcelinho Abraão, making the score, 0-2. Sócrates Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 59 played minutes Karaboudjan got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Godoi. With an all-out effort, Austra 04 VFC's Marcelinho Abraão threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Beila Mora, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 61stth minute of the game Beila Mora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karaboudjan's Marcelinho Abraão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beila Mora in the 62nd minute of play forced Karaboudjan's goalkeeper Marcelinho Abraão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelinho Abraão made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Sócrates Silva sent off a good shot on target. Austra 04 VFC made a substitution. Wellington Pires replaced Sócrates Silva. Austra 04 VFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Douglas Tande in the 70th minute. It was a well-played corner which Wellington Pires managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. A collision led to Karaboudjan getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rafael Godoi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernandinho Albuquerque in the 81st minute of play forced Austra 04 VFC's goalkeeper Hudson Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yuri Teixeira charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yuri Teixeira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Austra 04 VFC made a substitution. Marcus Pollard replaced Beila Mora. In the 90th minute, Yuri Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Austra 04 VFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
