Eusébio Angelsø who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Jakob Heinicke when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Giovana F C booed when Independência Futebol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Terra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gian Weidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Astor Urtun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, Eusébio Angelsø dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jakob Heinicke, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
