After some careless play in the Club Athletic Warszaw defense, Isidoro Felipillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cornelius Korth. The Club Athletic Warszaw fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cornelius Korth should have stopped the shot. Nesto Aguilar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Biagio Furino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cornelius Korth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmir Martini in the 27th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Isidoro Felipillo put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Cornelius Korth. Club Athletic Warszaw made a substitution. Luiz Moraes replaced Víktor Vargas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Felipillo in the 37th minute of play forced Club Athletic Warszaw's goalkeeper Cornelius Korth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Athletic Warszaw's Cornelius Korth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arlindo Silveira in the 38th minute of play. In the 45th minute Isidoro Felipillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelius Korth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paraná Clube Brasil's goalkeeper Biagio Furino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arlindo Silveira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Paraná Clube Brasil fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Paraná Clube Brasil's Isidoro Felipillo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovani Batista in the 55th minute of play forced Club Athletic Warszaw's goalkeeper Cornelius Korth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arlindo Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Cornelius Korth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Paraná Clube Brasil's Arlindo Silveira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cornelius Korth. That made the score 0-5 after 60 minutes of play. 63 minutes into the game, Isidoro Felipillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Cornelius Korth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cornelius Korth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frederico Pontes in the 67th minute. After a rather tough play, Paraná Clube Brasil's Isidoro Felipillo got a free kick in the 70th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Moraes in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Biagio Furino saved Paraná Clube Brasil from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arlindo Silveira got free with Cornelius Korth in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cornelius Korth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arlindo Silveira in the 82nd minute. After 82 played minutes Paraná Clube Brasil got a freekick which was hit by Walmir Martini. Cornelius Korth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovani Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Arlindo Silveira took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Cornelius Korth to make any attempt to save it. If Isidoro Felipillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the match, Club Athletic Warszaw's goal looked a bit too open when Giovani Batista came free, but Cornelius Korth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paraná Clube Brasil's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
