Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zé Pedro Dionísio kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s goalkeeper Délio Tepedino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Pedro Dionísio. 6 minutes into the match, Castanheiro SC's goal looked a bit too open when Silas Pires came free, but Dagoberto de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 7th play minutes Zé Pedro Dionísio shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Délio Tepedino and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 10th minute, Haroldo Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 minutes, Marco Bezerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castanheiro SC and the ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Marco Bezerra got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute Walmyr de Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dagoberto de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s Délio Tepedino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ from getting a goal against them. Dagoberto de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas Pires in the 23rd minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Castanheiro SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandrinho Godoi to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Castanheiro SC's goal looked a bit too open when Walmyr de Andrade came free, but Dagoberto de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Arnaldo Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Silas Pires ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dagoberto de Queirós was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Zé Pedro Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Délio Tepedino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ made a substitution. Ronaldinho Paranaense replaced Haroldo Mineiro. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s Edgard Brodel was substituted for Marquinhos Bertassi. After a rather tough play, ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s Silas Pires got a free kick in the 49th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Walmyr de Andrade stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Castanheiro SC's Dagoberto de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho Paranaense in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Isaltino Dionísio got a free kick in the 58th minute. Délio Tepedino came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Castanheiro SC's Zé Pedro Dionísio. But to his dismay, Zé Pedro Dionísio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Délio Tepedino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Fabiano Toledo went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Dagoberto de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas Pires in the 80th minute of play. Walmyr de Andrade could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Dagoberto de Queirós made a huge save. Délio Tepedino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Pedro Dionísio in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of Castanheiro SC booed when ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noel Saldanha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute Zé Pedro Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Délio Tepedino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 87 minutes, Jonathan Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castanheiro SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Moura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ booed when Castanheiro SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fabiano Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnaldo Lago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Moura took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Délio Tepedino. Délio Tepedino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Castanheiro SC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
