The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Raí Sousa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zemantauskas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS the free kick. After 3 played minutes Zemantauskas FC got a freekick which was hit by Raí Sousa. Rafinha Breckenfeld might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matheus Carneiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafinha Breckenfeld ran back to his position shaking his head. Matheus Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafinha Breckenfeld in the 4th minute of the match. Joel de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dito Araújo having to interfere. Matheus Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tião Marinho came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tião Marinho couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Tião Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matheus Carneiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's Dito Araújo got control of the ball when Ademar de Amorim tried to sneak it across the goal line. After taking down the ball on Zemantauskas FC's corner Gonçalo Rossi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dito Araújo quite easily take care of the ball. Dito Araújo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ademar de Amorim went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ademar de Amorim was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Ademar de Amorim made a precise shot to the right of Dito Araújo. ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Enrique Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Matheus Carneiro made a huge save. Zemantauskas FC's Matheus Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tião Marinho in the 71st minute of play. Ademar de Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's Dito Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademar de Amorim in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Zemantauskas FC booed when ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Corrêa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dito Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ademar de Amorim in the 80th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ademar de Amorim in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dito Araújo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute, Tião Marinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tião Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus Carneiro having to interfere. Matheus Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Enrique Paiva sent off a good shot on target. After 94 played minutes ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS got a freekick which was hit by Rafinha Breckenfeld.
