Golaki Kafadar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Orhan Seyfi Üstün made a huge save. In the 34th minute Ali Orhan Yalvaç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Oskar Svensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ahmet Ziya Bilginer fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored H E P T A N's protests and gave Ahmet Ziya Bilginer a yellow card for diving instead. Ahmet Ziya Bilginer hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Per-Oskar Svensson came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by H E P T A N's İlhami Akkurt. But to his dismay, İlhami Akkurt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. H E P T A N's Refik Akdoğan was substituted for İlhami Akkurt. H E P T A N's Orhan Seyfi Üstün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Golaki Kafadar in the 60th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Golaki Kafadar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orhan Seyfi Üstün was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Ziya Bilginer in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal.
