Cappadocia FC's İsmet Ülgen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şakir Okcan in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Cappadocia FC defense, Mehmet Anıl Açıker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İsmet Ülgen. The Cappadocia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İsmet Ülgen should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Cappadocia FC's zone, Emilio Rael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İsmet Ülgen came out of the goal and Emilio Rael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when HİSAR's Emilio Rael in the 78th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but İsmet Ülgen was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Cappadocia FC through an amazing save. Gürkan Yiğit hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Güvenç Deveci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Güvenç Deveci came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the HİSAR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Güvenç Deveci couldn't finish the play. Witalis Rode could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but İsmet Ülgen made a huge save.
