Pedro Augusto Alvess short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Gerd Pollmann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gerd Pollmann was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dany-Adams De Scheper showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. Carlos Alberto Trigo kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Pedro Augusto Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. With a little luck, Militros F.C.'s Gerd Pollmann got control of the ball when Pedro Augusto Alves tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerd Pollmann came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Internazionale-RS's Rogelio Lynch. But to his dismay, Rogelio Lynch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Militros F.C.'s Gerd Pollmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Militros F.C. from getting a goal against them. Gerd Pollmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Lynch, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After 42 minutes of play, Internazionale-RS's Rogelio Lynch made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerd Pollmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rogelio Lynch stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wanderson Valencia charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wanderson Valencia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd minute of the match Internazionale-RS got a corner. Militros F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wang Ting Hong ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a defensive mix-up in Militros F.C.'s zone, Pedro Augusto Alves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerd Pollmann came out of the goal and Pedro Augusto Alves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Augusto Alves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerd Pollmann having to make a save. 71 minutes into the match, Militros F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Augusto Alves came free, but Gerd Pollmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Militros F.C.'s Gerd Pollmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Augusto Alves in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute Pedro Augusto Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerd Pollmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Augusto Alves in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerd Pollmann saved Militros F.C. from getting behind. Gerd Pollmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Augusto Alves in the 78th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Wanderson Valencia threw the ball into play from the sideline. Internazionale-RS's Aloísio Arruda quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Gerd Pollmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Lynch in the 82nd minute of the match. The corner ended in Wang Ting Hong almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Militros F.C.'s Gerd Pollmann did a great save. In the 85th match minute, Militros F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Howard Layfield to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute of the match Wang Ting Hong sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gerd Pollmann skillfully saved the ball. Gerd Pollmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Lynch, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Pedro Augusto Alves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerd Pollmann having to make a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Internazionale-RS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Militros F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
