Dinamo Colorado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Queluzito the free kick. A collision led to Dinamo Colorado getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Clemente Abraão hit a great ball. Pedro Paulo Bueno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clemente Abraão in the 25th minute. Dinamo Colorado were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Queluzito's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nelson Pinho took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Eduardo Britto drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind Queluzito's goalkeeper. Ronald Narusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Paulo Bueno having to interfere. Fabrício Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otávio Rezende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 played minutes Queluzito got a freekick which was hit by 沈庭扬. Pedro Paulo Bueno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Lamonica, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 43rd match minute, Dinamo Colorado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronald Narusson to maneuver through the defense. Fabrício Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clóvis Quirino in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 52nd minute Davi Lamonica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Paulo Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
