An unexpectedly hard shot by Milosz Hejza in the 17th minute of play forced Jurassic Monsters SA's goalkeeper Yiğitcan İstanbullu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magno do Valle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ademir Baptista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the Matungo Gaúcho defense, Pedro Grandis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ademir Baptista. The Matungo Gaúcho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ademir Baptista should have stopped the shot. Gilmar Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Yiğitcan İstanbullu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Jurassic Monsters SA players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Matungo Gaúcho from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
