Oséias Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Moreno in the 3rd minute of play. Oséias Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diogo Machado's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Agroboys SM - CIMZ's zone, Afonso Cardozo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oséias Dantas came out of the goal and Afonso Cardozo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Diogo Machado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oséias Dantas was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Agroboys SM - CIMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Afonso Cardozo was slow to take the kick. During this time MONTANHA's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Afonso Cardozo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oséias Dantas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A hard shot 14 in the game by Diogo Machado from a close distance when the talented Oséias Dantas managed to make a qualified save. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's players were relieved. Diogo Machado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Oséias Dantas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With his leg Oséias Dantas managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when MONTANHA's Diogo Machado fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 16 minutes in the game, Afonso Cardozo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Oséias Dantas having to interfere. In the 17thth minute of the game Diogo Machado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Oséias Dantas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diogo Machado in the 23rd minute of play forced Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalkeeper Oséias Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MONTANHA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Afonso Cardozo in the 24th minute. MONTANHA's Afonso Cardozo came free and shot a quick shot against goal 26 minutes in the game, fortunately Oséias Dantas had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 27th minute of the match MONTANHA got a corner. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Afonso Cardozo ran over to the corner to take the kick. MONTANHA's Afonso Cardozo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Oséias Dantas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Marco Hoffmann took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres van der Sar. Andres van der Sar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diogo Machado in the 31st minute of play forced Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalkeeper Oséias Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MONTANHA's Andres van der Sar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Hoffmann in the 32nd minute of play. When MONTANHA's Diogo Machado in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Oséias Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diogo Machado in the 34th minute. Diogo Machado who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Oséias Dantas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diogo Machado in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oséias Dantas saved Agroboys SM - CIMZ from getting behind. Diogo Machado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Oséias Dantas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. MONTANHA's Diogo Machado was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 40th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalkeeper Oséias Dantas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso Cardozo. With a little luck, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Oséias Dantas got control of the ball when Afonso Cardozo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Afonso Cardozos short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Oséias Dantas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gonçalo Matos hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diogo Machado was the one to do the kick off. Oséias Dantas came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by MONTANHA's Afonso Cardozo. But to his dismay, Afonso Cardozo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diogo Machado in the 55th minute of play forced Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalkeeper Oséias Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 minutes, Afonso Cardozo made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Oséias Dantas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Diogo Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oséias Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diogo Machado's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Nelsinho Schmidt charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nelsinho Schmidt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th minute, Nelsinho Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oséias Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Moreno in the 66th minute of the match. Diogo Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute Afonso Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséias Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oséias Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the game, MONTANHA's Diogo Machado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oséias Dantas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Oséias Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, MONTANHA's Gonçalo Matos got a free kick in the 88th minute. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Agroboys SM - CIMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Afonso Cardozo was slow to take the kick. During this time MONTANHA's players had a chance to rest. Afonso Cardozo made a great header on MONTANHA's corner, it was just that Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Oséias Dantas managed to reach the ball for a save. After some careless play in the Agroboys SM - CIMZ defense, Murillo Martins kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oséias Dantas. The Agroboys SM - CIMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oséias Dantas should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the MONTANHA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
