Arnoldo Chale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Lazcano, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 6 minutes into the match, OLYMPIACOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Fix came free, but Ovidio Oto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Remigio Mergildo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The С О К О Λ Ъ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Arnoldo Chale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Lazcano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th match minute, С О К О Λ Ъ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Fanuco to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 15 in the game by Bernabe Normando from a close distance when the talented Arnoldo Chale managed to make a qualified save. С О К О Λ Ъ's players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet as Haroldo Etxahun kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnoldo Chale. That made the score 1-1 in the 34 minute of play. The supporters of OLYMPIACOS FC booed when С О К О Λ Ъ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Mergildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnoldo Chale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Lazcano in the 45th minute of play.

In the 55th minute Remigio Mergildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Oto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernabe Normando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Federico Astudillo lost his temper 61 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 61 minutes into the game, one of С О К О Λ Ъ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ovidio Oto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Fix in the 66th minute of the match. With a little luck, OLYMPIACOS FC's Ovidio Oto got control of the ball when Alvaro Umbruso tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaudencio Xabel during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. OLYMPIACOS FC's Bernabe Normando pulled a muscle in his back after 82 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Albino Muno's late challenge caught a OLYMPIACOS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albino Muno helped the player get up and apologised. OLYMPIACOS FC made a substitution. Clemente Camerino replaced Bernabe Normando. In the 84th match minute, С О К О Λ Ъ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Muno to maneuver through the defense. Arnoldo Chale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Lazcano in the 85th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the С О К О Λ Ъ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for OLYMPIACOS FC.
