Coupon Busters II AR's Placido Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Francesco in the 3rd minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Coupon Busters II AR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Milian to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Honrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Etxepare, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Placido Santana made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Marcelino Francesco sent off a good shot on target. In the 21stth minute of the game Marcelino Francesco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coupon Busters II AR's Placido Santana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Coupon Busters II AR's Adolfo Etxepare nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Honrio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Rodrigo Harriet who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Placido Santana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Danilo Garikoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th match minute, Coupon Busters II AR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Pacorro to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Coupon Busters II AR's Placido Santana got control of the ball when Rosendo Vito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Duardo to make the kick off. Placido Santana came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by VERΛ's Ignacio Macias. But to his dismay, Ignacio Macias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Placido Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Francesco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Etxepare got free with Ricardo Honrio in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Rosendo Vito fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VERΛ's protests and gave Rosendo Vito a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Rosendo Vito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 minutes Coupon Busters II AR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rosendo Vito who took care of the corner kick. Rosendo Vito made a great header on VERΛ's corner, it was just that Coupon Busters II AR's Placido Santana managed to reach the ball for a save. After 72 played minutes VERΛ got a freekick which was hit by Santos Eyague. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Duardo in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Honrio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 79th minute, Santos Eyague hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Santos Eyague was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 86 minutes had been played. A collision led to VERΛ getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Santos Eyague hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Clemente Guillem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute of the match Anier Lucero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricardo Honrio skillfully saved the ball. Placido Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Macias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, VERΛ's Denis Txomin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Placido Santana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The VERΛ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Coupon Busters II AR's performance. The match ended with a win for Coupon Busters II AR.
