Ovidio Oto was a little too slow when Fabian Carlomagno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Bernabe Normando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute, Elpidio Brais got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabian Carlomagno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santos Lazcano was the one to do the kick off. Cirilo Chayo hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in OLYMPIACOS FC's zone, Adolfo Etxepare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidio Oto came out of the goal and Adolfo Etxepare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. OLYMPIACOS FC were furious when Clemente Camerino was red carded, 58 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, OLYMPIACOS FC's Clemente Camerino got a free kick in the 58th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Coupon Busters II AR's Anier Lucero tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Coupon Busters II AR's Fernando Quexal got a free kick in the 69th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elpidio Brais got free with Placido Santana in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 74 minutes, Santos Lazcano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OLYMPIACOS FC and the Coupon Busters II AR players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Coupon Busters II AR booed when OLYMPIACOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Lazcano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Santos Lazcano fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ovidio Oto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Etxepare in the 84th minute of play. After some careless play in the OLYMPIACOS FC defense, Adolfo Etxepare kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ovidio Oto. The OLYMPIACOS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ovidio Oto should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute, Gaudencio Xabel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elpidio Brais during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 95 played minutes OLYMPIACOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Brais.
