The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emiliano Saron showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Valle Saron's goal looked a bit too open when Kev Hurtado came free, but Emiliano Saron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Joakim Back shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Boldu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gianfranco Saron kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jose Boldu. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Jose Boldu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pepito Saron in the 31st minute of play. Valle Saron's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo ScrugenFC the free kick. After 56 played minutes Valle Saron got a freekick which was hit by Pepito Saron. The audience thought a goal was coming when Txindoki Ameda got free with Emiliano Saron in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
