Marcus Deacon made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Sabino Valverde sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute, Santos Lauren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pretorianos FC made a substitution. Primitivo Neron replaced Adan Pueblo. Pretorianos FC's Delmiro Berart was substituted for Santos Lauren. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Idacio Ballejos made a kick off. Marciano Idacio made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Steve Oliver sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Mayo's zone, Tostão Ceresso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcus Deacon came out of the goal and Tostão Ceresso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrick Robins struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Marciano Idacio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mayo. Victorino Loren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Marcus Deacon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Pretorianos FC's goalkeeper Marciano Idacio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Idacio Ballejos. Johnnie Osbourn made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pretorianos FC's Victorino Loren. In the 65th minute Tostão Ceresso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Deacon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67thth minute of the game Idacio Ballejos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pretorianos FC's Marciano Idacio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mayo made a substitution. Will Porter replaced Samuel Farmer. Mayo's William Symons was substituted for Patrick Robins. After some careless play in the Mayo defense, Sabino Valverde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Deacon. The Mayo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Deacon should have stopped the shot. Sabino Valverde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Deacon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Pretorianos FC's Marciano Idacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Will Porter in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabino Valverde in the 93rd minute of play forced Mayo's goalkeeper Marcus Deacon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcus Deacon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabino Valverde, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Pretorianos FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
