Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Idacio Ballejos in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esteban José Andrada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Idacio Ballejos got free with Esteban José Andrada in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 74 minutes into the match, Guansa's goalkeeper Esteban José Andrada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Idacio Ballejos. After having played for 76 minutes, Idacio Ballejos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mayo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Idacio Ballejos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Esteban José Andrada yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Esteban José Andrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Robins in the 93rd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mayo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
