In the 3rd minute, one of FC Kirchroa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Kirchroa. FC Kirchroa:s Matthijs Meerdink showed great skill when he stopped Jan Malm:s penalty. In the 6th minute, Henrik Möllgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SSC Ambrosini fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. SSC Ambrosini's Aaron Glanselius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon María Quintana in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Siegmund Gyldenfalk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When FC Kirchroa's Flavius Pantea in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Matthijs Meerdink came out and tried to block the shot, but Henrik Möllgren slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 34th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Henrik Möllgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matthijs Meerdink. FC Kirchroa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrik Möllgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 46 minutes into the game, Ramon María Quintana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Aaron Glanselius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
