Amboy FC's Ariel Mourelatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesare Loreto in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Loreto in the 11th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Ariel Mourelatos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armando Bonelli. Armando Bonelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Sorci Viola's zone, Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Bonelli came out of the goal and Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ariel Mourelatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvise Urbani in the 21st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edoardo Meo got free with Ariel Mourelatos in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute of the match, Cesare Loreto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ariel Mourelatos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 27th minute of play forced Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Bonelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 29th minute of play. Jacinto Naelio kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Amboy FC's Ariel Mourelatos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Amboy FC from getting a goal against them. Ariel Mourelatos was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Alvise Urbani capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alvise Urbani really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 43rd minute Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Bonelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute of the match Amboy FC got a corner. Sorci Viola's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cornelio Rius ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Cornelio Rius got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Armando Bonelli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cesare Loreto to make the kick off. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edoardo Meo in the 52nd minute of the match. Ariel Mourelatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvise Urbani in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Sorci Viola's goal looked a bit too open when Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán came free, but Armando Bonelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Alvise Urbani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Mourelatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Meo in the 64th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sorci Viola made a substitution. Franco Piccirilli replaced Cosimo Toninelli. After a rather tough play, Sorci Viola's Dario Tondi got a free kick in the 68th minute. With a little luck, Sorci Viola's Armando Bonelli got control of the ball when Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sorci Viola's Armando Bonelli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Sorci Viola from getting a goal against them. Sture Raknes kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 72nd minute of the match Antonello Tarantini shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ariel Mourelatos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Sorci Viola's Armando Bonelli got control of the ball when Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 76 minutes of play, Amboy FC's Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Bonelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! 80 minutes into the match, Alvise Urbani notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Amboy FC's Ariel Mourelatos. Ariel Mourelatos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Armando Bonelli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armando Bonelli having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán got free with Armando Bonelli in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Armando Bonelli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Amboy FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
