The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ciriaco Macias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hassan Barrow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristo Basajaun got free with Qiu Xing Zhen in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristo Basajaun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Qiu Xing Zhen made a huge save. When Øyvind Rovik came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the C.A.Independiente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Øyvind Rovik couldn't finish the play. Cristo Basajaun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Qiu Xing Zhen made a huge save. FriBeRtz Football Club's Qiu Xing Zhen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save FriBeRtz Football Club from getting a goal against them. Qiu Xing Zhen made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Cristo Basajaun sent off a good shot on target. C.A.Independiente's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gavril Bosioc in the 24th minute. The corner led to C.A.Independiente's Cristo Basajaun getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Ciriaco Macias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlantz Astudillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st match minute, FriBeRtz Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louie Galarneau to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, FriBeRtz Football Club's goalkeeper Qiu Xing Zhen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristo Basajaun. In the 33rd minute, Feliks Rykaczewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Feliks Rykaczewski fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FriBeRtz Football Club's protests and gave Feliks Rykaczewski a yellow card for diving instead. Feliks Rykaczewski kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When Cristo Basajaun came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the C.A.Independiente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristo Basajaun couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the match, FriBeRtz Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Heigo Luiga came free, but Qiu Xing Zhen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristo Basajaun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Qiu Xing Zhen came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristo Basajaun slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Heigo Luiga to make the kick off. A collision led to C.A.Independiente getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Øyvind Rovik hit a great ball. Ciriaco Macias made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Erlantz Astudillo sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as FriBeRtz Football Club's Hassan Barrow slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ciriaco Macias. That made the score 2-1 after 67 minutes of play. FriBeRtz Football Club's Qiu Xing Zhen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Basajaun in the 87th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, C.A.Independiente's goalkeeper Ciriaco Macias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gordon Moreland. When the referee blew the final whistle, C.A.Independiente could leave the field as winners, despite FriBeRtz Football Club having more of the ball for most of the match.
