São Paulo F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Yaya Sow was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tiago Godoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Álvaro Paraíba's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Tiago Godoi made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Benson Beverley sent off a good shot on target. Dirk Snabl charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dirk Snabl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dirk Snabl kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Benson Beverley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Tiago Godoi made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Mestre GG's Tiago Godoi threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Boguslaw Makarewicz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The corner ended in Álvaro Paraíba almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but São Paulo F.C.'s Tiago Godoi did a great save. After some careless play in the São Paulo F.C. defense, Boguslaw Makarewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiago Godoi. The São Paulo F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiago Godoi should have stopped the shot. Tiago Godoi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benson Beverley went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Jorginho Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigiusz Paciuszko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dirk Snabl, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. São Paulo F.C.'s Tiago Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boguslaw Makarewicz in the 44th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dirk Snabl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tiago Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boguslaw Makarewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Boguslaw Makarewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiago Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benson Beverley, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Tiago Godoi came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mestre GG's Boguslaw Makarewicz. But to his dismay, Boguslaw Makarewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benson Beverley in the 69th minute of play forced São Paulo F.C.'s goalkeeper Tiago Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. São Paulo F.C.'s Tiago Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorginho Garcia in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dirk Snabl in the 81st minute of play forced Mestre GG's goalkeeper Remigiusz Paciuszko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. São Paulo F.C.:s Tiago Godoi showed great skill when he stopped Álvaro Paraíba:s penalty. When the referee ended the match the Mestre GG players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
