Markku Ruhanen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Markku Ruhanen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinei Barral in the 12th minute of play. Hemmo Hana's late challenge caught a Randkleve's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hemmo Hana helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Randkleve booed when Liverpool FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hemmo Hana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Markku Ruhanen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Liu Hui Qi's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Bai Yu Guo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Markku Ruhanen firmly grabbed it by the left post. 24 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Al Bundy came free, but Markku Ruhanen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 played minutes Randkleve got a freekick which was hit by Terri Videbjerg. Liu Hui Qi in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Markku Ruhanen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 30 minutes into the game, Liu Hui Qi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Markku Ruhanen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Al Bundy in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Markku Ruhanen saved Liverpool FC from getting behind. In the 38th minute of the match Randkleve got a corner. Liverpool FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dragolyub Pastirov ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Basilio Ramírez to score against Markku Ruhanen in Liverpool FC's goal. 4-0 after 39 minutes. Al Bundy succeeded in the game's 41st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. After taking down the ball on Randkleve's corner Basilio Ramírez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Markku Ruhanen quite easily take care of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Aku Rissanen got free with Lucjan Sedzikowski in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Markku Ruhanen came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Randkleve's Claudinei Barral. But to his dismay, Claudinei Barral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Markku Ruhanen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liu Hui Qi in the 65th minute of play. Markku Ruhanen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liu Hui Qi, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Xiang Zhi came free, but Markku Ruhanen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Roope Saastamoinen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liverpool FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Randkleve the free kick.
