Ermegildo Matxin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Marques's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. A collision led to BAC Belgrano de Cba getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Andres Isadore hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Edgar Marques had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ermegildo Matxin. BAC Belgrano de Cba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Marques was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some careless play in the BAC Belgrano de Cba defense, Edgar Marques kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Matxin. The BAC Belgrano de Cba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Matxin should have stopped the shot. Ermegildo Matxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Marques couldn't finish the play. 43 minutes into the match, Edgar Marques had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ermegildo Matxin. BAC Belgrano de Cba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Marques was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

PP Plessydask made a substitution. Palle Pottenstein replaced Per-Oskar Sandström. The wind increased when Hjalmar Haegg made the kick off in the second half. Ermegildo Matxin didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when PP Plessydask's Hjalmar Haegg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-5 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 64th minute of the match BAC Belgrano de Cba got a corner. PP Plessydask's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The PP Plessydask fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when PP Plessydask's Hjalmar Haegg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hjalmar Haegg had several of the BAC Belgrano de Cba's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 73 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-7 score and a disappointed Ermegildo Matxin as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Hjalmar Haegg sped through BAC Belgrano de Cba's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ermegildo Matxin. With his leg Ermegildo Matxin managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when PP Plessydask's Hjalmar Haegg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hjalmar Haegg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Ermegildo Matxin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hjalmar Haegg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ermegildo Matxin firmly grabbed it by the left post. The nice shot from Hjalmar Haegg in the 98thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Ermegildo Matxin had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. The PP Plessydask supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing PP Plessydask would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
