The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pepe Argento received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Haroldo Dante came out and tried to block the shot, but Pepe Argento slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. Ivan Drago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeng Chang in the 12th minute of the match. Ludwig Modig hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the game, Zeng Chang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ivan Drago was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nilmar de Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Pepe Argento came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Lost Boys Sports Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pepe Argento couldn't finish the play. The Lost Boys Sports Academy fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Lost Boys Sports Academy's Pepe Argento looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Messi in the 26th minute of play forced Lost Boys Sports Academy's goalkeeper Ivan Drago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Drago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeng Chang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Pepe Argento recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Haroldo Dante. Pepe Argento showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Merih Demiral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Dante having to interfere. In the 37th minute Nilmar de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Drago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severiano Arano kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Lost Boys Sports Academy's Pepe Argento ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Haroldo Dante. Haroldo Dante yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. After a rather tough play, Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's Arthur Queraria got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Breno Loyola to make the kick off. In the 51st minute of the match, Breno Loyola got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ivan Drago was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Pepe Argento came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Lost Boys Sports Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pepe Argento couldn't finish the play. Lost Boys Sports Academy made a substitution. Coronel Llorente replaced Ludwig Modig. Lost Boys Sports Academy's Hu Cheng was substituted for Marcelo Xabat. The throw-in from Philippe Alcântara in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lost Boys Sports Academy's Ove Boström. Haroldo Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Coronel Llorente in the 62nd minute of the match. Lost Boys Sports Academy made a substitution. Johan Sellberg replaced Pepe Argento. Philippe Alcântara made in the 73rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Délio Coutinho however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Sellberg in the 76th minute of play forced Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's goalkeeper Haroldo Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breno Loyola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Ivan Drago made a huge save. Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's Haroldo Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Sellberg in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute of the match Lost Boys Sports Academy got a corner. Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Merih Demiral ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Merih Demiral got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Haroldo Dante quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hu Cheng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Lost Boys Sports Academy were the better team. Lost Boys Sports Academy's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
