Brugge United's Vítor Baia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Brugge United from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the match, Brugge United's Guido Vissenaeken sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tolga Özbilen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 20 minutes, Guido Vissenaeken made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Tolga Özbilen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Koray Baran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Vítor Baia made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Brugge United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hristofor Yonchevski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Guido Vissenaeken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th match minute, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Ekberg to maneuver through the defense. Heli Rico kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Musa Aydoğan was substituted for Koray Baran. After a defensive mix-up in SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's zone, Jaspar Van Den Broeck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolga Özbilen came out of the goal and Jaspar Van Den Broeck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Musa Aydoğan in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vítor Baia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Hristofor Yonchevski hit a great ball. Brugge United made a substitution. Arnauld Van Impe replaced Guido Vissenaeken. Tolga Özbilen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnauld Van Impe in the 60th minute of the match. If Hristofor Yonchevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brugge United's Vítor Baia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Musa Aydoğan in the 69th minute of play. But to his dismay, Musa Aydoğan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON made a substitution. Bünyamin Ekabir replaced Hristofor Yonchevski. After 92 played minutes Brugge United got a freekick which was hit by Alfons Bagge. Vítor Baia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundson Colling in the 93rd minute of play. In the 97th minute Edmundson Colling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Baia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brugge United's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
