Benjamin Ülger scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jose Poncio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 13 played minutes Sånna goa grejer FC got a freekick which was hit by Savas Rouvelas. 15 minutes into the match, Sånna goa grejer FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Ülger came free, but Jose Poncio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Freddie Ljungberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Jose Poncio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee showed Hayyam Sarıalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benjamin Ülger's late challenge caught a Sånna goa grejer FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Ülger helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sånna goa grejer FC booed when PomeziaRamblers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. PomeziaRamblers's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Ülger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jose Poncio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 45 played minutes Sånna goa grejer FC got a freekick which was hit by Hayyam Sarıalp. Sånna goa grejer FC's Jose Poncio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Sånna goa grejer FC from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Glenn Olsen to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Glenn Olsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claus Himschoot was relentless in the 76th minute of the game.
