Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Richie Cagigal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Alvarez in the 46th minute of play. Alkestis Papadopulos shot from long distance in the 48th minute, but Richie Cagigal was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucho Aguiar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th match minute, Montevideo City Torque was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brent-Jan Van den Driesch to maneuver through the defense. After 59 played minutes Montevideo City Torque got a freekick which was hit by Brent-Jan Van den Driesch. Lucho Aguiar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Christophe Troxler made a huge save. Lucho Aguiar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Christophe Troxler when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Richie Cagigal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillelme Lomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, Montevideo City Torque's Gu Sha Zhen got a free kick in the 84th minute. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Larry Estoyanoff was substituted for Lucho Aguiar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gu Sha Zhen in the 94th minute of play forced Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's goalkeeper Richie Cagigal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Montevideo City Torque's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alkestis Papadopulos in the 96th minute. After taking down the ball on Montevideo City Torque's corner Reuben Meade fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Richie Cagigal quite easily take care of the ball.
