When the match had been going on for 22 minutes, Nina fc's Rubens Prata got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ismael Furman. Ronaldo Cristi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Sansone having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Cristi in the 40th minute of play forced Nina fc's goalkeeper Higinio Sansone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomiro Azibar kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Baldomiro Azibar's late challenge caught a Equipo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomiro Azibar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Equipo booed when Nina fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Azibar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Equipo's Ronaldo Cristi got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nina fc made a substitution. Fulgencio Romildo replaced Aldo Navarro. Nina fc's Saul Macerio was substituted for Rubens Prata. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Cristi in the 54th minute of play forced Nina fc's goalkeeper Higinio Sansone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Cristi in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Higinio Sansone saved Nina fc from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, Saul Macerio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ismael Furman. Equipo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saul Macerio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Ronaldo Cristi took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Higinio Sansone. Higinio Sansone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. A collision led to Nina fc getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. André Jacinto hit a great ball. Higinio Sansone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronaldo Cristi in the 91st minute. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nina fc's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Raul Vigil was slow to take the kick. During this time Equipo's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Nina fc booed when Equipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yavuz Selimhan İğdemir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldo Cristi in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Sansone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Equipo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
