Cachila's Gustavo Hartz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save A.A. Cachila from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute, Terri Moco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Terri Moco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lucio Afonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terri Moco, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Terri Moco managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.A. Cachila's supporters rose to their feet, but Terri Moco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucio Afonso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A.A. Cachila's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Ronaldo Pika scored to the left of an out of position Gustavo Hartz, making the score, 1-0. Terri Moco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucio Afonso having to make a save. In the 20th minute Terri Moco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Afonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terri Moco in the 35th minute of play forced TALLERES DE CBA's goalkeeper Lucio Afonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in TALLERES DE CBA's zone, Terri Moco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucio Afonso came out of the goal and Terri Moco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustavo Hartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josué Braga in the 40th minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, A.A. Cachila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Terri Moco to maneuver through the defense. When A.A. TALLERES DE CBA's Ronaldo Pika suffered a sore thigh after 66 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Nelson Muntz fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.A. Cachila's protests and gave Nelson Muntz a yellow card for diving instead. TALLERES DE CBA's Maximo Gabrio was substituted for Ronaldo Pika. A.A. Cachila's Ulises Elia was substituted for Jonas Orlo. A.A. Cachila's Federico Bernad was substituted for Terri Moco. A.A. Cachila's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Braga came free, but Gustavo Hartz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Maximo Gabrio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Gustavo Hartz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Gabrio in the 88th minute of play forced A.A. Cachila's goalkeeper Gustavo Hartz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as A.A. Cachila's Federico Bernad slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucio Afonso. That made the score 2-1 after 89 minutes of play. A.A. Cachila's Gustavo Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Bernard in the 94th minute of play. TALLERES DE CBA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
