Leonardo Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toto Pinilla in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Pedro Villalaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonardo Loco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 10 played minutes ORION F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Villalaz. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Villalaz in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Loco saved Atlético Matorrales from getting behind. ORION F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dé Santos in the 17th minute. In the 22nd minute Pedro Villalaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Loco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Toto Pinilla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Loco was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Leonardo Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Villalaz in the 28th minute of play. Leonardo Loco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toto Pinilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Loco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Villalaz in the 43rd minute of play forced Atlético Matorrales's goalkeeper Leonardo Loco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niceto Sabin during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of ORION F.C. booed when Atlético Matorrales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Sabin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Atlético Matorrales's goal looked a bit too open when Toto Pinilla came free, but Leonardo Loco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Atlético Matorrales's Leonardo Loco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Villalaz in the 54th minute of play. Toto Pinilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Leonardo Loco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60thth minute of the game Toto Pinilla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Matorrales's Leonardo Loco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dadhyan Rudrappa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Quilino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Atlético Matorrales's goalkeeper Leonardo Loco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toto Pinilla. Atlético Matorrales's Leonardo Loco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Matorrales from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Atlético Matorrales lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
