Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Marcelo Eger started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Fabrício Arce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Doni Seco made a huge save. Serafim Cearense was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 11 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, one of Castanheiro SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Castanheiro SC. Castanheiro SC:s Doni Seco showed great skill when he stopped Cauan Paiva:s penalty. Doni Seco came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Cauan Paiva. But to his dismay, Cauan Paiva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Doni Seco was a little too slow when Gilvan Sabóia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilvan Sabóia got free with Doni Seco in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st match minute, Castanheiro SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovani Madureira to maneuver through the defense. Doni Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeca Cardoso in the 22nd minute of play. After 24 played minutes Los Andes FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Cardoso. Felippe Madureira's late challenge caught a Castanheiro SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felippe Madureira helped the player get up and apologised. Doni Seco was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Zeca Cardoso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zeca Cardoso really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Genílson Carvalho during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Genílson Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Castanheiro SC's Doni Seco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeca Cardoso in the 34th minute of play. Caetano Salles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Maia came free, but Caetano Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabrício Arce might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Doni Seco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabrício Arce ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zeca Cardoso was the one to do the kick off. Gilvan Sabóia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the game, Luisinho Seco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Castanheiro SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Andes FC - FSCMZ the free kick. Doni Seco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilvan Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Fabrício Arce hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. A collision led to Los Andes FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Gernando Paraíba hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Castanheiro SC's zone, Gilvan Sabóia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doni Seco came out of the goal and Gilvan Sabóia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doni Seco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilvan Sabóia went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilvan Sabóia in the 93rd minute of play forced Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Doni Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Los Andes FC - FSCMZ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
