The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pedro Zonta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo José Gaúcho went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo José Gaúcho in the 9th minute of play forced Pura Arte F.C's goalkeeper Pedro Zonta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Leandro Vieira sped through Pura Arte F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Zonta. In the 14th minute, Ricardo Tasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Abreu in the 16th minute of play forced Chinho FC's goalkeeper Washington Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Leandro Vieira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chinho FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Leandro Vieira in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Zonta, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 24th minute, Sílvio Luís Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pura Arte F.C's Pedro Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo José Gaúcho in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Chinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Tasso to maneuver through the defense. Washington Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davi Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Washington Baiano came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Pura Arte F.C's Sílvio Luís Arce. But to his dismay, Sílvio Luís Arce quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 38th minute Caio Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Washington Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Chinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Luís Arce came free, but Washington Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ricardo Tasso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Pura Arte F.C's Davi Abreu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Washington Baiano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. In the 62nd minute, Caio Barros reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Washington Baiano. The goal made the score 3-4. Davi Abreu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Washington Baiano made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caio Barros got free with Washington Baiano in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo José Gaúcho hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo Tasso in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Zonta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 93 minutes into the match, Pura Arte F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo José Gaúcho came free, but Pedro Zonta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
