Pedro Zonta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Estevez Palmeira in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio Barros in the 5th minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Ernesto Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Paulo Munhoz hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Dagoberto Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Baiano got free with Pedro Zonta in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ernesto Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Arce in the 23rd minute of the match. ITAFUT 4EVER's Ernesto Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luís Arce in the 25th minute of play. Luizinho Prestes kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, ITAFUT 4EVER's Edgar Baiano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Zonta. Pedro Zonta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. A nice corner shot did that Luiz Gaúcho got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ernesto Varela quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 34th minute Davi Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ITAFUT 4EVER's Ernesto Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caio Barros in the 35th minute of play. If Caio Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Zonta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estevez Palmeira in the 39th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgar Baiano to make the kick off. Pedro Zonta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estevez Palmeira in the 54th minute of play. Sidney Lima lost his temper 57 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Ernesto Varela had in the 58thth minute some difficulties stopping Luiz Gaúcho's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Luiz Gaúcho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 58th playminute. A collision led to ITAFUT 4EVER getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Rômulo Neves hit a great ball. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when Pura Arte F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Gaúcho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute Caio Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pura Arte F.C were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
