An unexpectedly hard shot by Telmo Cruz in the 17th minute of play forced 卡納里尼奧 FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luizão Diniz made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Eliseu Alagoano sent off a good shot on target. Oswaldo Paulista's late challenge caught a 卡納里尼奧 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oswaldo Paulista helped the player get up and apologised. Eliseu Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidnei Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. Luizão Diniz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Damasceno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Telmo Cruz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Telmo Cruz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Telmo Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eliseu Alagoano might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luizão Diniz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseu Alagoano ran back to his position shaking his head. Telmo Cruz hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 卡納里尼奧 FC made a substitution. Jefferson Maia replaced Agostinho Guedes. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Severino da Cunha was substituted for Sidnei Dionísio.
