Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ernie Ball started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ernie Ball sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Hogaș narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Angel Comizzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iosif Doicaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dragoş Neacșu made in the 11th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sebastian Condrea. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iosif Doicaru in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel Comizzo saved Batalionul U23 Dorobanti from getting behind. Rasnita's Manuel Hogaș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernie Ball in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Ernie Ball made a precise shot to the right of Manuel Hogaș. Rasnita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Renan Trancoso hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Angel Comizzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stelian Petru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Hogaș didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernie Ball went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Diego Tristan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Manuel Hogaș made a huge save. After 40 minutes Rasnita's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Quique Doro who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Quique Doro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rasnita's Manuel Hogaș did a great save. Ernie Ball might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manuel Hogaș. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ernie Ball ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iosif Doicaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manuel Hogaș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernie Ball in the 53rd minute of play. Manuel Hogaș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Tristan in the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 minutes, Ernie Ball made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rasnita's Manuel Hogaș tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ernie Ball received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Manuel Hogaș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angel Comizzo made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Gheorghe Stoiciu sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Angel Comizzo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernie Ball struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Manuel Hogaș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batalionul U23 Dorobanti. After a rather tough play, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Quique Doro got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 89 played minutes Batalionul U23 Dorobanti got a freekick which was hit by Edgar-Allan Doro. In the 92nd minute Ernie Ball shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Hogaș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remus Maleș's late challenge caught a Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remus Maleș helped the player get up and apologised. Remus Maleș hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Rasnita's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
